We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will contribute to building and maintaining the backend systems that power our core products used by multinational clients, working alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative environment.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and evolve RESTful APIs consumed by internal and external clients.
Work on system architecture, performance, reliability, and security.
Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, and actively participate in code reviews.
Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production environments.
Help improve engineering standards, tooling, and backend best practices.
Learn from experienced colleagues and grow within a strong engineering culture.
What We Are Looking For
Professional experience as a Backend or Fullstack Engineer, with a clear focus on backend development.
Good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and common backend architecture patterns.
Experience working with REST APIs.
Understanding of scalable systems, data consistency, and performance considerations.
A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks and deliver quality work.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Interest in continuous learning and improving both individual and team performance.
Bonus:
Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud-native environments.
Exposure to distributed systems or microservices architectures.
